• Perform highly diversified duties to repair and maintain automated production equipment
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective parts, test and make adjustments to automated production equipment
• Perform PMs on machines and equipment
• Use PLC’sto program and troubleshoot automated equipment
• Use of robotic systems (Fanuc, Nachi, Yaskawa) to program and troubleshoot

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Robotics field, and 2-3+ years related experience
• Experience in trouble shooting and equipment maintenance of electoral, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and robotics problems on automated equipment
• PLC programming experience required
• Experience in setup and troubleshooting of MIG and resistance weld systems.
