Position: Truck Mechanic at Amrize Inc.
Amrize Canada Inc. seeks a skilled Truck Mechanic in Barrie, ON, specializing in the maintenance of our Ready Mix fleet. Your expertise will ensure vehicle reliability and adherence to safety standards.

As part of our operations team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of heavy trucks, emphasizing both manual and automatic models.

Your role will be central in performing preventative maintenance and safety inspections, thereby maintaining optimal fleet performance and compliance with industry standards. Strong commitment to teamwork and safety is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out inspections and diagnostics on trucks

• Maintain and repair Ready Mix vehicles and equipment

• Implement safety checks to uphold compliance

• Address emergency breakdowns effectively

• Document all services and repairs accurately

Requirements:

• Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license required

• 2 years of experience with heavy trucks preferred

• Strong knowledge of heavy truck mechanics and systems

• Familiarity with computer systems for record-keeping

• Must have a G Driver's License; AZ or DZ is a plus
