Apprentice Floor Installer at Industrial Floor Systems

Industrial Floor Systems specializes in concrete floor polishing and restoration. We're seeking Apprentice Term 1 & 2 Labourers, as well as experienced floor installers and team leaders under CLAC Local 52 Union. Candidates should bring construction experience, a positive attitude, and reliable transportation for various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist skilled operators with concrete polishing and epoxy installation
• Participate in restoration processes for commercial projects
• Learn from experienced team leaders and floor installers
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Travel to project locations as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in commercial construction preferred
• 1 year of construction safety experience preferred
• Valid Driving Licence is mandatory
• Willingness to work during nights and weekends
• Open to 100% travel as needed
