Our world-class client in the automotive industry located in the Alliston, ON area is growing again and in need of 3 Robotics Technicians to join their team. Shifts Available:

• 1- day/afternoon rotation ($0.70/hr)
• 2- straight midnights (+$0.90/hr)

• Perform highly diversified duties to repair and maintain automated production equipment
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective parts, test and make adjustments to automated production equipment
• Perform PMs on machines and equipment
• Use PLC’s to program and troubleshoot automated equipment
• Use of robotic systems (Fanuc, Nachi, Yaskawa) to program and troubleshoot

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Robotics field
• 3-5 years of related hands-on field experience
• Experience in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance of electoral, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and robotics problems on automated equipment
• PLC programming experience required
• Experience in setup and troubleshooting of MIG and resistance weld systems.
