Handyman​/Woman

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented General Handyman/Woman Home Improvements Specialist to execute small-to-medium residential remodeling and repair projects. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming and upgrading client living spaces through carpentry, cosmetic updates, and minor trade work. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and delivers outstanding customer service.

Core Responsibilities:

• Interior Carpentry:
  Install crown molding, baseboards, window trim, shelving, and cabinets.
• Surface Restoration:
  Repair drywall punctures, fix ceiling texture, and perform high-quality interior/exterior painting.
• Kitchen & Bath Upgrades:
  Replace faucets, install tile backsplashes, hang shower doors, and re-caulk fixtures.
• Hardware & Fixtures:
  Upgrade interior/exterior door locks, mount flat-screen TVs, and install window blinds or curtains.
• Exterior Improvements:
  Repair wood decking, reinforce fencing, power-wash siding, and clear/seal gutters.
• Smart Home Assembly:
  Set up video doorbells, install smart thermostats, and assemble complex flat-pack furniture.
• Decks: replace and or repair, deck boards, spindles, posts, stairs.
• Client Consultation:
  Assess project scopes, estimate material needs, and explain repair options clearly to homeowners.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Multidisciplinary Expertise:
  Broad, practical knowledge across carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic tiling.
• Precision & Detail:
  Highly skilled in taking exact measurements, making clean cuts, and matching paint/textures.
• Tool Mastery:
  Complete ownership and proficiency with standard hand tools, power tools, and ladders.
• Customer Service:
  Friendly, professional demeanor with a track record of respecting clients' homes and property.
• Physical Adaptability:
  Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces (crawlspaces/attics), and stand for long periods.
• Project Estimation:
  Capability to accurately judge the time and materials required for a home improvement project.
