As part of the Engineering and Technical Services team, you'll focus on both HVAC and food service equipment maintenance. This role requires attentiveness to detail, as you'll troubleshoot system issues and keep precise records of all repair activities. You'll also ensure systems meet safety codes and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Repair and maintain food service machinery as needed
• Identify and troubleshoot HVAC system failures
• Install and maintain control systems for HVAC
• Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks performed
Requirements:
• Proficiency in HVAC/R system maintenance
• Understanding of safety codes and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organized approach to maintaining documentation
• Capability to operate company vehicles for service calls
