Bayfield Ford Lincoln is looking for a 310S Licensed Technician or Level 4 Apprentice Technician to add to our high-performing service team in Barrie. Bayfield Ford Lincoln is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.
As a Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our customers safely on the road by performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with precision and efficiency. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Compensation:$44 flat rate hourly.

What You’ll Do
- Perform vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections efficiently and accurately.
- Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repair.
- Identify root causes of vehicle malfunctions and complete repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Confirm warranty eligibility before performing warranty repairs.
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly with the service team
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For
- If not licensed, minimum Level 4 Apprentice status.
- Experience working in a technician position.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work well with a team.
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
