Automotive Service Technician - Bayfield Ford Lincoln

Bayfield Ford Lincoln is looking for a 310S Licensed Technician or Level 4 Apprentice Technician to add to our high-performing service team in Barrie. Bayfield Ford Lincoln is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

As a Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our customers safely on the road by performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with precision and efficiency. Compensation:$44 flat rate hourly.

What You’ll Do

• Perform vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repair.
• Identify root causes of vehicle malfunctions and complete repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Confirm warranty eligibility before performing warranty repairs.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with the service team
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• If not licensed, minimum Level 4 Apprentice status.
• Experience working in a technician position.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work well with a team.
• A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
