We are looking for Independent Contractors who can deliver quality residential painting and drywall projects across Barrie and its surrounding areas. This opportunity involves minimal estimating, with established pricing rates and a direct assignment of jobs. Your own tools, vehicle, and equipment are necessary to fulfill project requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete interior painting and repainting tasks
• Conduct drywall repairs and light installations
• Prepare surfaces through sanding, mudding, and touch-ups
• Manage apartment turnover renovation projects
Requirements:
• Must function as a registered Independent Contractor
• Hold a valid GST/HST number
• $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance is essential
• Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate needed
