This role, reporting to the Field Manager, is your chance to showcase your HVAC skills within Enercare’s Home Services Operations. Emphasizing customer care, you will be tasked with efficiently diagnosing issues and recommending solutions for home HVAC needs, all while promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
• Complete diagnostic and repair work according to standards
• Provide customers with repair or replacement advice
• Promote Enercare’s products and services effectively
• Ensure tools and vehicles are well-maintained
Requirements:
• Must possess a valid Gas Fitter license
• Required 313D Air Conditioning certification
• 5+ years of field experience in HVAC
• Strong customer-focused approach
• Ability to lift heavy equipment as needed
