AIDA Canada seeks a skilled Customer Service Engineer with four to six years of experience in metal forming installation and mechanical maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
• Support installation and repairs of heavy equipment
• Provide maintenance training to customers
• Conduct inspections and prepare documentation accurately
• Give feedback to management on customer experiences
• Ensure compliance with manufacturers’ specifications
Requirements:
• Associate degree in technical or vocational fields
• 4-6 years in metal forming equipment service
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical upkeep
• Familiar with production systems and material handling
• Proven skills in rigging and millwright methods
