Key Responsibilities:

• Operate backhoes, excavators, and bulldozers for grading

• Ensure job sites and equipment are secure and maintained

• Assist in routine maintenance and report needs to mechanics

• Work with project leads to organize tasks safely

• Conduct daily checks on safety and equipment functionality

Requirements:

• 5 years' experience with heavy equipment operation

• Background in civil construction or high-end residential work

• Ability to interpret site plans accurately

• Clean Ontario Class G driver’s license

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
