Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive technical assistance to service teams

• Analyze product failures and implement solutions

• Write and manage technical reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Heavy Equipment License or equivalent experience required

• Minimum 5 years in diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment
