Become an integral part of Hood Packaging Corporation as an Electromechanic, ensuring the functionality of key production equipment. This position involves hands-on work with both electrical and mechanical systems in East Angus.
Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will ensure the operational reliability of machinery through detailed diagnostics and maintenance. This position is ideal for those with a solid background in industrial electromechanical maintenance, focusing on improving system performance through effective troubleshooting and adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct diagnostics on production machinery
• Execute maintenance and adjustments on systems
• Oversee hydraulic and pneumatic system reliability
• Ensure precautionary measures across all equipment
• Record and report maintenance activities accurately
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or equivalent
• 3-5 years in industrial maintenance roles
• Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
• Knowledgeable in pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Willing to work 10 or 12-hour shifts
