Maple Leaf Marinas (“MLM”) is the largest owner and operator of marinas, marine resorts, and boat dealerships in Canada. MLM’s fast growing portfolio comprises 21 locations throughout the Lake Simcoe, Georgian Bay and Muskoka Regions.
We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Marine Mechanic to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of boats and marine engines, including outboard, inboard, and sterndrive systems.
Compensation for this position ranges from $28 to $48 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a positive team environment, and opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on marine engines and systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete service work efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Previous marine or small engine repair experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
