Job Description & How to Apply Below
This role sits at the intersection of field service and engineering. You’ll be the person on‑site keeping the equipment running, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues in real time, while also feeding what you learn in the field back to MEDATech’s engineering team to help improve the product.
You’ll split your time between the customer site and MEDATech’s Sudbury‑area base, with regular travel to Chapleau for commissioning, troubleshooting, and scheduled service work.
This is a great fit for someone who has spent time as a field service technician working on heavy mobile or mining equipment and wants to grow into a more technical, engineering‑adjacent role—or for an engineering technologist who wants real field exposure rather than a desk job.
