The Service Technician maintains power washers, floor scrubbers, and small engines in workshops and customer facilities. Responsibilities include chemical dispensing systems, preventative maintenance, calibrations, inspections, and technical support. The role also includes customer training and equipment demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and service commercial cleaning equipment
- Install and configure chemical dispensing systems
- Complete preventative maintenance and system calibrations
- Manage scheduled service calls and emergency repairs
- Record billable hours for service work
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class G Driver’s License and acceptable abstract
- Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Strong computer, organizational, and clerical skills
- Technical or mechanical knowledge is an asset
