Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) — No Regular Weekends! Key Responsibilities

Perform full-system diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, and bumper-to-bumper mechanical repair on light/medium-duty passenger vehicles and commercial fleet trucks.

Complete work orders, estimate labor/parts accurately, and submit clear digital service reports.

Diagnose and repair medium-duty commercial diesel systems and air conditioning units.

Conduct occasional outdoor road tests and fleet safety checks.

Maintain high shop standards, productivity, and fix-it-right-the-first-time efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensure: 310S Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification or 310T Truck & Coach Technician License.

AC Certification:
Active ODP / Air Conditioning License (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire).

5+ years of automotive or commercial repair experience preferred

Prior experience with Ford vehicle diagnostic systems is required

Demonstrated long-term tenure and strong workplace stability.
