• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process.
• Showcase the features and benefits of Cadillac vehicles to potential buyers, and conduct test drives to demonstrate performance and functionality.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay informed about the latest Cadillac models, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury automotive sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
