• Create Performance Testing Strategy, Create framework to implement strategy, Strategize execution, analysis and reporting

• Implement strategy, Script, Execute, Analyze and Report

• Experience in design and scripting LR scenarios, VUGen scripts with multiple protoclos (Web, HTTP, C/VBScript, Java), exeperience with setting up scenarios, working with integrated tools like PC, ALM, Sitescope, execution of Performance tests and analysis of results

• Define Viability Test

• Define Test Strategy (Viability, Workflow, PSR)

• Define Skill Set and Team

• Enter work in Rally

Required Skills:

• Around 6 years’ experience in Performance  Load Testing using Load Runner tool

• Expertise in Performance Test Planning  Strategy Development for different kinds of application like Web lient-Server

• Expertise in development of performance test scripting  test scenarios for various protocols like Web, RDP, Java etc

• Expertise in Performance Analysis process and monitoring tools like Site scope

• Knowledge of Performance Testing for Mobile applications on Android / Tablets

• Knowledge of different Automation Testing using QTP elenium is preferable

• Knowledge of Performance Testing tools like Junit  Performance Center etc.
