We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical environment. This full-time RN role supports surgical cases in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting, helping to guide patients through pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care. You’ll work closely with physicians, surgical techs, and other nursing staff to ensure patient safety, promote healing, and uphold the highest clinical standards.

• Serve as a key clinical resource during the entire surgical experience, from admission through discharge
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities to ensure seamless surgical interventions
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and providers to ensure continuity of care
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document comprehensive nursing histories
• Record and monitor vital signs, flag abnormalities, and respond accordingly
• Develop and update patient care plans, incorporating assessment data and care goals
• Monitor patient response and adjust care strategies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and best practices
• Work closely with physicians and surgical teams to align on patient care
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues
• Supervise nonprofessional staff involved in patient care
• Stay current with nursing practices through reading, training, and in-services
• Support IPSI’s mission and values through consistent, high-quality care delivery
• Be a calm, confident clinician who brings empathy and energy to patient care
• Excel in fast-paced surgical environments and can make decisions under pressure
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
• Enjoy teamwork, collaboration, and helping others grow

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
• Active RN license in good standing required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an OR and/or PACU setting required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills, including interpretation of vital signs
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Solid organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software
• Physical capability to meet patient care demands (e.g., lifting, assisting mobility)

• Competitive hourly rate: $34–$36/hour
