The host is the face of the restaurant, shaping the guest experience through excellent customer service and energy.

Primary duties include:

• Greeting guests upon arrival
• Handling reservations via phone or in person
• Managing phone calls and transfers
• Answering questions about the restaurant and menu
• Assisting wait staff as needed
• Providing accurate wait times and escorting guests
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Resolving guest complaints
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and food menus
• Assisting with cleanliness and restocking of restrooms
