The Gents Place – Deer Park, IL is looking for a confident, professional closer who loves luxury sales. You will help successful men elevate their image while selling premium memberships and world-class products. This is not a receptionist role — you won’t answer phones. Our call center handles calls so you can focus on sales, service, and relationships. You’ll present memberships ($525–$8,000/yr) and luxury retail including Creed fragrances ($500+) and fine men’s grooming goods.

What You’ll Do

• Greet members and guests with confidence and warmth
• Present and close membership and retail sales
• Recommend grooming, skincare, and fragrance products
• Partner with barbers to deliver a seamless luxury experience

• 1+ year of professional sales success (real estate, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or software)
• Comfortable engaging affluent clients and closing sales
• Polished, professional, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Team-focused and available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)

• $18+/hr base plus $1K–$2K avg. monthly commissions
