Alliance Dealer Solutions is hiring a Pickup and Delivery Driver for our automotive dealership partner, Motor Werks of Barrington.

As a Pickup and Delivery Driver, you play a critical role in providing exceptional service by ensuring the timely and safe transportation of vehicles to and from customers' locations and the dealership. Your responsibilities include picking up and delivering vehicles for service appointments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle. Attention to detail, reliability, and safe driving practices are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Pickup:
  Safely pick up vehicles from customers' locations and transport them to the dealership for service appointments.
• Vehicle Delivery:
  Deliver serviced vehicles back to customers promptly and ensure they are satisfied with the service.
• Customer Interaction:
  Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner during pickups and deliveries.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries, including delivery logs and receipts.
• Vehicle Inspection:
  Perform visual inspections of vehicles for any damage and report any issues to the service manager.
• Route Planning:
  Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely pickups and deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
  Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle, including checking oil, fuel, and tire pressure, and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Communication:
  Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate pickups and deliveries.
• Other Duties as Assigned:
  Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the dealership.

Qualifications
