Packaging Operator – Tonewood Brewing Position Summary

This position will be responsible for completing daily packaging operations at our Barrington facility.

• Have basic mechanical skills and the ability to operate applicable machinery and forklifts.
• Maintain brewery and task organization.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Willingness to assist with tasks outside key responsibilities.
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with team.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Have a passion for quality.
• Experience in a production brewery or the like preferred not required.

• Operating, cleaning and maintaining our 100 CPM rotary can line and keg washer/filler.
• Operation and troubleshooting automated carton machine and tray former.
• Work with cellar staff to ensure proper carbonation for packaging.
• Operate our Anton Par Cbox to check DO levels during packaging.
• Maintain organized packaging hall and cold storage building.
• Maintain a clean and organized “back of house” at brewery.
• Building and repairing pallets.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Be exposed to wet conditions in the cold and heat.
• Work long periods on your feet in a fast paced environment.
