Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, loading and unloading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, screen visitors and/or drivers as required by site procedures, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity;
Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, observing for potential hazards or policy concerns, and escalating security-related issues when appropriate
