Currently, St. Andrew's has 70 full-time equivalent employees. Faculty members contribute in a combination of classroom teaching, student advising (twice daily), coaching, supervision for boarding students, and work on an academic-year schedule, while administrative and staff positions operate on a year-round schedule.
St. Andrew's is fully accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and granted approval by the Rhode Island Department of Education. The School is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), the Association of Independent School of New England (AISNE), The Association of Boarding School (TABS), the National Association of Principals of Schools for Girls (NAPSG), and the Independent Schools Association of Rhode Island (ISARI).
