Currently, St. Andrew's has 70 full-time equivalent employees. Faculty members contribute in a combination of classroom teaching, student advising (twice daily), coaching, supervision for boarding students, and work on an academic-year schedule, while administrative and staff positions operate on a year-round schedule.

St. Andrew's is fully accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and granted approval by the Rhode Island Department of Education.
