The Montessori Centre of Barrington is looking for a passionate and caring Montessori Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. The centre believes every child deserves an environment where they can develop confidence, independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. We are seeking an educator who is passionate about child‑centered education and wants to make a lasting impact in the lives of young learners.

Barrington, Rhode Island (In Person)
Pay: $23–$25 per hour
Position:
Full-Time | Annual Contract
- Guide children in an authentic Montessori classroom
- Create engaging, individualized learning experiences
- Foster independence, creativity, and confidence
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe and document student growth and development
- Help cultivate a peaceful, respectful, and joyful learning community
- Montessori Certification (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A patient, nurturing, and collaborative approach
- A genuine passion for Montessori philosophy and lifelong learning
