Are you a college student who loves working with young children? Red Brick School is looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and dependable Part-Time Assistant Teacher to join our team for the  school year.

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday Mornings
• Perfect for education, psychology, child development, or related majors looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

Through hands-on experiences and authentic assessment, we support each child's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development while helping them discover their own personal learning style.

• Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities
• Support children during play, learning centers, and outdoor time
• Help prepare classroom materials and maintain an organized learning environment
• Encourage positive social interactions and independence
• Work collaboratively with a fun, supportive teaching team

• Current college student (Education, Psychology, Child Development, or related field preferred)
• Warm, energetic, and dependable
• Enjoys working with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working with children is a plus but not required

• Gain meaningful hands-on experience in an established preschool.
• Work alongside experienced, supportive educators.
• Make a lasting difference in the lives of young children.
• Build valuable experience for a future career in education or child development.
