- Work effectively with staff and administration
- At least three(3) years teaching experience
- Implement the Mentor program for the Barrington Schools based on the R.I. State Mentor Standards and the Barrington Public School's Collegial Support Handbook by working with the:
- Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction
- Collegial Support Committee
- Building Administrators
- Building Liaisons
- Plan, organize and coordinate Mentor training sessions
