- Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (Depending on experience) with a basic earning potential up to £41,000 per year including a high bonus scheme.
- Overtime: Enhanced rate paid at time and a half (x1.5) for extra weekend hours.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00, with a flexible rota of just 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

YourRole
As a vital member of our Barry technical team, you will:
- Mechanical Repairs: Carry out routine servicing, safety maintenance, and mechanical repairs across a diverse range of vehicles.
- Expert Diagnostics: Use modern diagnostic tools and workshop systems to efficiently track down, identify, and resolve technical faults.
- Quality Standards: Maintain strict manufacturer service procedures and ensure high-quality, safe "first-time fix" results.
- Efficiency: Complete vehicle repairs accurately to maximize productivity and maintain a smooth workshop flow.
- Collaboration: Take part in ongoing technical and brand-specific training to stay at the forefront of automotive technology.

- Qualifications: Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent automotive qualification).
- Experience: Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic. Main dealership experience is preferred but not essential.
- Key Strengths: Strong attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and a reliable, proactive work ethic.
- Licensing: A full UK manual driving licence is essential (with a maximum of 6 points).
