As a Service Advisor, you’ll be a key player in providing our customers with the trusted, dealership‑quality experience they deserve. You’ll ensure every customer has a seamless and positive service experience, from their first interaction to the final handoff.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers warmly and professionally, making them feel valued and welcome.
- Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and provide accurate service recommendations.
- Prepare estimates and clearly explain necessary repairs in a customer‑friendly manner.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Follow up with customers to provide updates on vehicle status and address any questions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and repairs.
- Help maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area.
- Uphold Midas’ commitment to exceptional customer service at all times.
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, customer service representative, or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and automotive repair systems is a bonus.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing top‑notch customer service.
