- Hands-on expertise in Configuring loan product, Business Process, customizing, and maintaining the Encompass LOS platform.
- Proven track record in supporting mortgage operations by enhancing workflow efficiency, ensuring compliance, and managing system integrations.
- Designed and maintained custom input forms, business rules, field triggers, loan programs, and personas to streamline lending workflows.
- Managed Encompass user roles, access control, and licensing for hundreds of users across departments.
- Built and deployed automated workflows and custom milestones to improve loan processing turnaround and user productivity.
- Supported system upgrades, testing, and change management, ensuring minimal disruption during releases.
- Developed and maintained custom reports and dashboards for compliance tracking and operational insights.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
