* Job Description:
** - Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting! - Embrace the challenge of providing high-quality care to patients in critical situations.
- Shift Accountability:
- Responsible for delivering exceptional care using the Nursing Process.
- Adhere to state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures.
- Leverage Your
Skills:
- Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment.
- Utilize leadership qualities to plan for safe delivery of patient care.
- Continuous Growth:
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Collaborative Environment:
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Provide direction and supervision to personnel delivering patient care.
- Qualifications:
- Must hold a California RN License.
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
- Previous travel experience in ER preferred.
- Schedule:
- Night shifts available.
