Skilled Rack Systems HVAC​/R Service Technician

Cool Sys seeks a Skilled Rack Systems HVAC/R Service Technician to support commercial, industrial, and mission-critical customers. In this field-based role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain rack-based refrigeration and HVAC systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and energy-efficient performance. Responsibilities include responding to service calls, performing preventive maintenance, interpreting schematics, and documenting work. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair rack-based HVAC/R and refrigeration systems for commercial and industrial customers
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on mechanical and refrigeration equipment
• Respond to service calls, troubleshoot system performance issues, and complete repairs safely and efficiently
• Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics to support accurate diagnostics
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service reports and mobile systems
• Collaborate with dispatch, project managers, and customers to plan and complete work orders
