Managing Bookkeeper / Assistant to the Managing Director

Our client is looking to hire a Managing Bookkeeper / Assistant to the Managing Director ASAP
. This is a key role supporting multiple business entities with bookkeeping, payroll, office administration, and executive support. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in quickly.

• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain financial records
• Handle payroll processing and employee onboarding paperwork
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments
• Assist with reporting for CPA and ownership
• Maintain employee and office records
• Provide administrative support to leadership
• Help improve office systems and support business operations

• Strong Quick Books Online experience preferred
• Payroll and account reconciliation experience
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience in office administration or executive support is a plus
