37.5 Position Summary
Oversees operational functions of the Office of Student Life, provides administrative support to the Office of Student Life, other units within the school, adjunct faculty, student organizations and student publications. Ensures forms and letters are completed accurately and provides excellent customer service to students faculty, staff and visitors.
Job Description
Primary
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures that core operational functions of the Office of Student Life are completed and maintains a welcoming environment for guests.
- Supports student publications by consulting with student editors, maintaining copyright permission files, monitoring annual budget expenditures, invoicing and payment records.
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of state bar exam certification paperwork; generates letters; and counsels on questions related to state bar exam paperwork.
- Provides administrative and payroll support to adjunct faculty.
- Supports student organizations with event support and Pro Card expenditures.
- Performs general administrative duties, including publishing the Office of Student Life newsletter and scheduling make-up classes and review sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
