Entry-Level Automotive Lube Technician

Entry-Level Automotive Technician Force Personnel is looking to fill a full-time Entry-Level Automotive Technician position with a busy automotive operation in the Oklahoma City area. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic automotive maintenance experience who wants to build a long-term career in the industry. The ideal candidate will be dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working in a shop environment, and eager to learn from an experienced team.

• Assist with routine automotive service and maintenance.
• Perform oil changes and replace vehicle fluids.
• Check fluid levels and identify basic maintenance needs.
• Complete entry-level mechanical tasks under proper direction.
• Use basic automotive tools and shop equipment.
• Assist experienced technicians as needed.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Help maintain a safe and efficient shop environment.
• Follow instructions, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Complete additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.

• Previous experience completing oil changes or general mechanic work is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive tools and equipment.
• Interest in developing a career in the automotive industry.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new procedures.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be available for a full-time, 40-hour workweek.
• Must be willing to work mandatory or optional overtime when needed.

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

Overtime:
Available based on workload; some overtime may be mandatory
