About the job

Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking a Safety Coordinator to drive a safety culture for an Oil & Gas client in Bartlesville, OK.

This position is responsible for supporting safety management and compliance and ensuring legal compliance with all Federal (Provincial), State, and Local regulations.

This role offers a chance to champion workplace safety by managing and delivering comprehensive training programs that foster a culture of awareness and continuous improvement. You will play a vital part in ensuring compliance with safety standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to protect employees and enhance operational safety practices.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range:

$23.50 - $30.41

Requirements
  • Education Requirement:
    High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered
