Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors
Cultivate and grow project owner relationships and relationships with professional groups
Engage in preconstruction, including bid procedures, bid reviews, vendor and subcontractor qualifications, estimating, procurement strategy, and scheduling
Manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control programs and commissioning processes
Lead construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions
Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
Lead construction progress meetings
Oversee design development
Travel as needed for projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management
- At least 10+ years of proven experience, preferably in the Mission Critical industry
- Able and willing to travel for projects
- Proven knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems
- Established thorough understanding of early turnover dates and mission critical commissioning processes
- Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures process
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other management tools
- Proactive and effective communication, customer focus, professionalism, honesty, and integrity
- Verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
Demonstrates expertise in managing construction projects, including budget preparation, scheduling, and quality assurance processes, while fostering strong relationships with project owners and subcontractors. Proficient in navigating complex mission critical MEP systems and commissioning processes.
