Lincoln Electric Products is seeking a large group of motivated, entry-level Electrical and Mechanical Engineers for our upcoming paid engineering training program. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who want to begin their careers in a hands‑on manufacturing environment and learn how custom electrical distribution equipment is designed and built.

Since 1949, Lincoln Electric Products has manufactured custom electrical distribution equipment that helps power hospitals, data centers, manufacturers, utilities, and other critical infrastructure throughout North America.

• Training begins:
  August 24, 2026
• Approximately 10–12 consecutive weeks
• Full-time and 100% onsite in Woodbridge, NJ
• No planned time off during the training program
• Reliable and punctual attendance is required
• Candidates must be willing and able to travel as needed
• Sponsorship is not available

Qualified applicants may be invited to attend our in‑person testing and interview event on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Candidates will complete a brief basic engineering knowledge assessment, followed by an interview. Selected candidates may receive an offer that day.
