Responsibilities
- Execute projects by planning, organizing and controlling all elements of the project from sales turnover to plant start up
- Work in collaboration with all functional groups, vendors, and customer representatives to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage customer relationships and coach project execution team
- Report directly to the Program Director
- Work out of Tulsa, OK or Houston, TX locations on a hybrid work schedule
- 7+ years’ experience in program management, project engineering, project controls or project support
- Bachelor’s degree
- Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), CORA, and financial systems (Sales Force, SAP, etc.)
- Proactive and resourceful self-starter, with ability to multi-task
- Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills, analytical skills, project delivery & financial skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations
- Experience with gas processing plants, EPC, and/or site construction management is a plus
- Flexibility in 10% domestic and international travel when required
