Receptionist​/Shift Varies

Work Schedule

• Requires morning, afternoon, evenings and overnights Monday through Sunday
• Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by supervisor

• Professionally receive all incoming calls
• Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
• Greet guests and co‑workers in a professional, friendly manner while exhibiting STAR treatment
• Record call‑in’s from employees
• Assist with administrative tasks
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Sit continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break
• Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling
• Move objects up to and exceeding 25 lbs. with reasonable accommodations

• Must pass pre‑employment drug test
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Must maintain valid Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming Permit
