Commercial Lender-Jones ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio
- Construction, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans
- Promote Banc First services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele
- Participation in various community and public events
- Consistent execution of policies and procedures
- Extraordinary customer service at all times
- Assist with other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager
- Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position

REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred)
- Minimum 1-3 years experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer
- Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations
- Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums
- Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending
- Must have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals
- Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships
- Willing to participate in community events
- Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
- Must be able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
