Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Days

Compensation: $29.25 – $32.50 per hour, plus up to $2,000 bonus available.

• Under RN supervision, assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions and assist in individualized treatment planning.
• Implement treatment programs directed by Healthcare Practitioners, including medication administration, IV therapy (if certified), and diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate in controlled‑substance counts at shift start, adhering to safety protocols and responding to codes or health emergencies.
• Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures, implement nutrition and therapeutic diet plans, and document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, demonstrating commitment to continuous professional development.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: Prefer a minimum of one (1) year of clinic experience.

  Current licensure as a Licensed Practical / Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment; must obtain and maintain CPR certification.
