Oklahoma Pediatric Therapy Center is a multidisciplinary clinic providing individual therapy and a plan of care for children diagnosed with pediatric developmental disabilities. We believe strongly in teamwork and it is our goal to work together with families to help each child to achieve their fullest potential. We strive to keep a personal small clinic atmosphere, while still providing the highest quality treatment and family training.

We serve children with a wide range of pediatric developmental disabilities ages 2 through 18 years of age. We have a multidisciplinary approach to therapy and our clinic offers occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, diagnostic assessment, intensive ABA Therapy, and outpatient behavior therapy.

We are seeking to add an additional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

BCBA

Clinicians will be expected to assess behavior concerns, develop behavior intervention plans, provide parent training, and complete clinical documentation.

Clinical services include completing intake assessments, completing diagnostic assessments as needed, providing ongoing behavior therapy, case management, child/family team meetings, and data based decision making.

Clinicians are expected to demonstrate a positive, strengths-based attitude of teamwork and shared leadership.

Clinicians are expected to document services to ensure services are clinically necessary and effective.

Clinicians are expected to accurately document within outlined time frames.

BCBA Skills/Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA eligible preferred but not required.

At least 12 months of work experience in child-clinical psychology, ABA, and or behavior therapy.

Experience in applied behavior analysis including writing ABA programs and analyzing and graphing data.

Strong leadership qualities, highly collaborative, listen to others and have the ability to train and supervise others.

Experience with psychological assessment and report writing.

This position requires organization and timely submission of documentation.

Fluent in American English. Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) or basic Spanish are a plus but not required.

You need to be able to write clear, detailed reports using professional language and proper grammar, structure, syntax, etc.

For the safety of our clients and staff, employees must be CPR (Adult, Child, and Infant) Certified and have acceptable local, state, and national background clearance.
