Pastry Cook

Position: Pastry Cook 1 - $2k Signing Bonus
** Pastry Cook 1**  -  $2k Signing Bonus - $500 on first paycheck, $500 after 60 days and $1k after 90 days

* About the role:

** Prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
2+ years pastry or related work experience and intermediate culinary knowledge is expected for this position, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience is required.

Must have working knowledge of computers. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills and possess the ability to work autonomously.  Fluency in English is required for this location
