Akkodis is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a Direct Hire position with a client located in Ada OK 74820
. Looking for a motivated HR professional who is passionate about supporting employees, improving processes, and partnering with leadership to drive organizational success in a union environment.
Salary Range: $100,000K - $130,000K/annum; benefits and bonus based on individual and company performance ($5K-$8K). Salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Shift: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm CST)
Human Resources ManagerKey Responsibilities
- Provide HR leadership and support to management and employees while ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Interpret and administer HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations while promoting compliance and consistency.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes for all levels of personnel, including workforce planning and staffing needs.
- Lead onboarding, orientation, training coordination, and employee development programs.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure employees receive required certifications and development opportunities.
- Manage employee separation processes, conduct exit interviews, and analyze trends related to turnover and absenteeism.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), unemployment, and workers’ compensation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide recommendations to improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics, reports, and presentations for leadership review.
- Supervise and mentor HR team members, including HR Coordinators and HR Specialists, ensuring high-quality internal customer service.
- Represent the company during employee-related hearings, investigations, audits, and regulatory matters when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor practices, HR compliance, and employment regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and HR reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
