Job Description
Critical Care Float Pool RN – Nights | Direct Hire
Seeking an experienced Critical Care Float Pool RN to provide clinical support across multiple acute care units. Ideal for ICU/ER nurses who excel in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
Schedule
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 3x12 shifts (36 hrs/week)
- Float schedule based on unit needs
Pay & Incentives
- $33.15–$45/hr (DOE, negotiable)
- Shift differentials:
- +$4/hr after 7 PM
- +$0.25/hr after 11 PM
- +$6/hr Critical Care differential
- Up to $10,000 relocation assistance (2-year commitment)
- Experience-based pay increases
- Direct hire opportunity
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license
- 1+ year of recent ICU and/or ER experience
- Critical care and acute care experience required
- Ability to float between multiple hospital units
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
