Our client is seeking an IT Support Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Bartlesville, OK (onsite).

RequiredSkills & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of Help Desk or technical support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2+ years of experience supporting internal proprietary systems
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of quality standards
- Working knowledge of service center processes and procedures
- Strong PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive problem‑solving skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong judgment and discretion
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to complete the required number of monthly quality monitors
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Provide IT systems support to end users by resolving moderate to complex computer system issues for both internal and external customers
- Respond to email‑based technical support requests while documenting, tracking, and monitoring issues to ensure timely resolution
- Support colleagues with moderate to complex issues involving internal proprietary systems
- Troubleshoot software and development‑related issues as needed
- Communicate high‑visibility issues to an immediate supervisor
- Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain a strong understanding of claims systems, adjuster functions, workflows, and business processes to effectively resolve support issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned while supporting the organization’s quality programs
