Epicor IT Administrator supports and enhances the organization’s ERP environment and core IT systems, working closely with third-party IT providers and internal teams. This role ensures system reliability, leads enhancements and integrations, and aligns technology solutions with business operations.
Responsibilities- Administer and support the Epicor Kinetic system, including core business modules and hardware onsite.
- Coordinate with third-party IT support to maintain infrastructure, security, backups, and updates.
- Lead ERP upgrades, testing, and change management efforts.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and system documentation.
- Research, implement, and support new applications and technologies.
- 3+ years Epicor Kinetic experience.
- Experience with SQL Server and reporting tools a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
